Returns policy

Vincent Studio has a 14-day return policy, this means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Requesting a refund

• To return an item, contact us via the contact form. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• When we reply we’ll advise you of the shipping options for returns. You Please choose your own shipping option. We recommend using a tracked service when you return the item.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Returns must be sent to the address we provide.

Refund criteria

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it
• Returned orders which do not comply with these criteria will not be accepted.

Refunds

• Once we receive the returned item, we will notify you within 3 business days if the refund is approved.
• If the refund is approved, you will receive the money back on the card you used to make the purchase. It takes up to 10 business days for the payment to be refunded.
• You will be refunded the value of the items you have returned, excluding delivery and return shipping costs.

 

Damaged and defective items

• If you receive your item damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong items, please get in touch right away via the contact form.
• We will review the issue and do everything we can to correct it.
